If you choose us to build your home for you, we guarantee you’ll have zero issues on your walk-through; no punch lists, nothing we were supposed to do but didn’t, nothing that was baked into the houseplan that didn’t get executed as you asked for.
In short, when you see the final, finished version of your beautiful custom home, it’ll be exactly as you envisioned it.
And if there are any punch-list items, WE GUARANTEE that one of two things will happen:
1) We’ll get them fixed before you move in. If you move in the next day, we’ll get ‘em fixed overnight. Or else…
2) We’ll pay you double what it costs to fix them. You not only get enough cash in your pocket that you can hire anyone you like to fix whatever issues or to-dos came up on the walk-through, but you have double that amount of cash — so you can get the problem fixed AND be well paid for your inconvenience. Let’s just say that’s our way of ensuring we’re REALLY motivated to get everything done right on your home.
Now, a guarantee is great, but at the end of the day, you’d probably rather not have the hassles — and we’ve got an 8-step building review process to make sure that there are absolutely no hassles. Making the guarantee simply a way for us to put our money where our mouth is. And frankly, we think you should expect and require the same from any custom home builder you plan on working with.
And for pre-built homes, we have a similar guarantee: If you find a defect in workmanship within 18 months of owning the home, we’ll fix it free within 30 days of being notified, or we’ll give you double the mount of money it takes to fix it.
